The Appalachian Trail is just one of the many trails that you’ll find in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, but clearly it’s one that is very important to us! After you’ve checked in to your room or suite here at The Appy Lodge, take a minute to wander the halls and learn about the Appalachian Trail and before you leave town, be sure to experience at least a mile of the trail! But we have to warn you that after one mile you’ll want to see more and more of the beauty that the trail has to offer!
